Your journey.
Our commitment.
Coaching starts with the person. We get to know your goals, your life and the reasons you want to keep moving forward.
Understand the why.
Enjoy the process.
Progress matters, and so does the experience of getting there. We want you to become more confident in your sport and more comfortable asking questions.
Start with you
Your experience, your commitments and your ambitions shape the conversation. There is no single definition of what coaching should look like.
Make it make sense
We explain the purpose of your training in plain language, so you can see how each session connects with your goals.
Keep listening
Training exists alongside real life. Honest feedback about how you feel is part of understanding what should happen next.
You don’t need to arrive
with confidence.
We both know what it feels like to start when sport and fitness feel unfamiliar. Our own journeys are why we value patient explanations, genuine encouragement and realistic steps forward.
Whether you’re completely new to training, returning after time away or ready to pursue a bigger goal, we’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward.
“Suzy has been an inspiration. … I have set and achieved goals that I thought were out of my reach”

Two Head Coaches.
One shared approach.
We each bring different experiences and strengths, but share the same belief: coaching should help you understand the process, enjoy the journey and feel confident about where you’re heading.

Sport and recreation once felt completely alien to me, so I understand the fear of the unknown that can come with starting a fitness journey. Today, I’m passionate about helping you navigate that journey with confidence. My coaching is led by you and built around your goals, lifestyle, family and work commitments. I explain the purpose behind every session, making training simple, purposeful and achievable so you can become a healthier, happier and more capable athlete.

Suzy Esser
My triathlon journey began in 2014. I wasn’t a natural athlete, but through consistency and the right support, I discovered what I was capable of. Since then, I’ve completed multiple long-distance races and represented Great Britain as an age-group athlete. As a full-time professional, I understand the challenge of balancing training with work and everyday life. My goal is to help you build confidence, enjoy the journey and achieve things you once thought were beyond you.
Specialist areas
My specialist areas include getting clients started in endurance sport, progressing from completing to competing, and supporting women and people balancing training with full-time work.
Qualifications
British Triathlon Level 2 Diploma; Leader in Running Fitness; Mental Health First Aider; DEKA Fitness Coach.
