I'm now in my 50's with a long background of competitive endurance sports for the last 30 years. This started as cycling where I found a love for Road Racing, this ranged from 100-mile+ National Events to Short\Sharp Town Centre racing. I've raced at Club to Regional Level, then progressing onto the National Scene alongside Professional set-ups with similar results for myself and the team I rode in. In the last decade I've pursued the Triathlon & Multisport route with good success, competing in many events ranging from Super-Sprints all the way up to Ironman Distances.

The reality is that you’re having some well-earned time off from the usual 2 or 3 training sessions each day that a multisport can demand.
